Shipping Information

• Please allow appropriate time for your products to arrive.
Orders placed after 12:30 pm will usually be shipped out the following day.
• Most shipments are sent within 2 business days.

Returns:
• Please call for an RMA number.
• Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging and be in saleable condition.
• The customer is responsible for shipping charges of $9.99 shipping to you, and the amount you are charged when you arrange shipping back to the warehouse on returns unless the item is broken or has a defect, including when a special discount was given equal to the shipping charge. At the disrection of Noveltyandmore we will replace the damaged item, or authorize return for the full purchase price. If the item can be replaced, but the consumer chooses to return the item, shipping back to Noveltyandmore.com will be the responsibility of the consumer. Returns without authorization and those returned after 60 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
